CANCELLATION
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in. We do not charge credit cards beforehand. Full charge will apply after the 48 hour cancellation period.

EXTRA PERSON
A $10 fee for each additional guest, children under 12 are free.

PETS
There is a $15 fee for each pet, per stay. They must remain on a leash when outside.

PARKING
We offer free parking for 1 vehicle per room. There is a $10/night supplement for an additional vehicle. Limited to 1, pickup truck size maximum. SMOKING Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if room has been smoked in.
